ASIA restaurant is now recruiting chefs / production chefs to join our professional team at Aker Brygge.
We have expanded with a new cool and colourful bar,
Asia Pop-In. In addition we now also offer take away.
With the new bar ASIA will be one of the largest restaurants in Oslo,
offering over 500 seats during summer season.
We are searching for experienced and skilled chefs with knowledge about Asian cuisine.
ASIA is a cool and vibrant restaurant located at the gateway to Aker Brygge.
Asia is offering the best South East Asian food in an informal and excotic atmosphere. Central to our philosophy is to push boundaries to give our customers the best Asia has to offer. Our head chef Karl MacEwan has background from Michelin starred restaurants and prior to opening ASIA he also participated in opening the famous Sushi Samba in Heron Tower and AquaShard in The Shard in London.
1. At least 2 years relevant experience
2. Good English communication skills
3. Extensive knowledge about IK mat / HACCP
4. Positive, motivated and likes to work in a team 5. A “yes I can do” attitude!
